Oh come on now, you didn’t actually think there were only 6 steps right?…RIGHT?!?! Oh gosh. What has the world come to?
I’ll tell you what it’s come to. We live in a click-bait world and more people/things are vying for your attention than ever. There are so many demands on our time, it’s no wonder people are constantly clamoring to find the quickest, fastest way to achieve something with little to no mess.
But I’ve got something to share with ya briznit. When you look for the fast and easy way to achieve something you always end up coming up short. Don’t get me wrong, there are fast ways to do things, but they’re rarely easy.

The ‘troublemakers’, the ones like Thomas Edison or Steve Jobs, create something really great not doing what everyone else does. Thomas Edison failed 10,000 times before he got the light bulb to work. Steve Jobs dropped out of college, started his own company, got kicked out of said company, then came back and made it the fastest growing company in history at the time.
But I digress…
You can actually achieve the body of your dreams. It’s not gonna be fast, but it’ll be faster than you think. How you ask? It’s actually just two simple steps.
- Act on your dreams EVERY DAY
- Stop making excuses.
