I hear it all the time.
Everywhere I go.
Someone telling someone else that they just aren’t listening.
Trying to pound the point across, but I mean if they do bring them to their side of thinking
Well broham. Outwardly, they will always disagree…
The second I realized this is the second I QUIT
I’m not joking bruh.
I literally quit.
Just flipped the tables and said that’s enough
Screw you, screw you, you’re cool…
I’m out B
What am I talking about?
Man, I’m talking about coaching the “uncoachable”.
You see broham, I used to be one of those people that believed that more was better.
That the more people you train, the more money you make blah, blah, blah
I used to try to train everyone.
And at all hours too!
You see, what all of these athletes, from Tom Brady to Peyton Manning, David Beckham to Ronaldo, Michael Jordan to Larry Bird
What they all had in common was that they all had trainers that taught them how to train.
If you look at every single one of these guys, they did what was necessary to win, and trained so they could be prepared to do so.
I’m sorry guy down the block whom I just saw yet again running
Yet has made NO PROGRESS and looks exactly the same as 5 years ago…
But what you’re doing clearly isn’t working
If he got those results at work
He’d be fired in probably a week.
The name of the game is to learn and train.
And if you spend even one day stagnant
You WILL be left Behind
Period!
Never fear hombre, there is a way you can learn fast.
To do what you need to do to be a unstoppable warrior is simple
Invest in yourself.
Sit down and really think about if what you’re doing is helping you
Get results
OR
Get frustrated
Its really that simple Punky Browster
Acquire knowledge, practice knowledge
Repeat.
Jerry “uncoachable?” Washington
PS. You may not be ready and really that’s OK.
Like I said, I’m done coaching uncoachable people. It’s a waste of my time and yours if you are not ready to take the next step in your life.
Nothing against you, because I was there once too. Believe me, oh believe me, I was there.
Until one day I woke up and  finally realized what was missing in my life. Coming up I, like many people always had teachers, mentors, and coaches that subtly guided me in the right direction.
But eventually as I began to stray from guidance and mentorship, I felt myself become “uncoachable” and I felt like I “knew enough” or at least more than those gurus.
You may feel the same way about your life. Like you are achieving enough, but you could have more.
It may feel like you know enough, but I’ll have you consider that you don’t because you can always learn more (and better).
You may even feel like you do enough, but I’ll also have you consider that you don’t because otherwise you wouldn’t be trying to get out of where you are now.
Recognize where you are and realistically think about where you want to be.
If you’re ready to start learning it’s as easy as picking up a book.
But when its time for results you’re gonna wanna actually train…
