When you’re afraid, everything gets blown out of proportion. Shadows become monsters, strange sounds become the possibility of a psychopathic killer, and a little discomfort becomes an indication of your looming death.
We all have to admit that when we’re afraid, we tend to make decisions that we tend to end up regretting.
What if I told you there was a way to avoid making those decisions and possibly eliminate FEAR from your life altogether?
Well, there is a way, you may not particularly like it, but it’s the way that just about every successful person in history has ever “made it.”
You see, broheim, the best way to eliminate fear, is to face it. The thing is, fear can lead you into some pretty deep dark places where you have a warped sense of reality. When you’re living in fear, you tend to believe all kinds of stuff like
The government is in control of your life
You don’t have enough
People that don’t think like you are bad people
If you take a look around you, you’ll see that there are a lot of people living in fear and paranoia.
Why?
It’s actually really simple.
People don’t challenge themselves.
Look, let’s not get this confused. I’m not saying people aren’t working hard. I’m not saying that life isn’t tough already. I get it, trying to get your life exactly as you want it as you try to balance work, relationships, and your fitness isn’t exactly easy.
It’s not easy, but it’s necessary. Whether you know it or not, there is a way that you can absolutely take control of the direction of your life. It’s simple and it involves you finding a way to constantly challenge yourself in a positive way.
One of the easiest ways to do this is to exercise. The fastest and most positive way to change your mindset is with exercise. I’m sure you already knew that, but did you know that the best moments happen when you’ve grown to accept discomfort?
When you accept discomfort and learn to work through it, you all of a sudden change the probability of your success. You aren’t going to think that people are against you or that it won’t work out because you’ll feel more powerful than all of those circumstances.
Life is not as complicated as it seems. All you have to do is realize that YOU are in control. Nothing happens to you, it all happens for you. To grow and appreciate how great of an opportunity we have every day.

P.S. I’m not saying that you can’t have a little anxiety about pain, but don’t avoid it altogether. Everything uncomfortable is a learning experience and everything comfortable is a reason to feel gratitude. That’s my philosophy. You’re either learning or winning and a lot of times, it’s both.
