here on this “Fulfillment Friday,” the discussion is about your well-being. Feeling fulfilled in your life is something that we all aspire to do. Unfortunately, many go down tragically ineffective paths to get there. We already know what won’t get you there *cough* eating too much (crap) food, drinking too much wine, and not exercising enough *cough* so let’s talk about how you actually get there.
Remember, success comes to you just a little bit at a time…until it doesn’t.
…there are some serious consequences to your actions that you may not even consider until you’ve blown your lid and destroyed everything you love around you.
