How To Invest In Everything

If you’re just checking in, I just got back from a wildly extravagant trip to the Bahamas that had me hanging out with celebrities and millionaires. I didn’t expect it, but I had been planning something like this for awhile…

You see briznit, like a farmer, I’ve been tilling the fields working hard to plant seeds of faith and setting up a pond as a reserve just in case the rain doesn’t come as scheduled. In doing that, I had the confidence to take a 2-week vacation that had me in a Lamborghini and two Rolls Royces in Miami and on a luxury yacht in the Bahamas.

Oh no, I didn’t pay for any of these things, in case you were wondering…

The thing that I’m getting at here broham is that whatever you are doing in life, you have to build forgiveness into the land. Warren Buffet was once asked at a shareholders meeting why he kept 20 billion dollars in the bank. It’s not something that an investment company normally does so it’s a legitimate question.

He said that he doesn’t want to bet on the kindness of strangers. And what he meant by that was that he didn’t want to be forced into trying to make a deal with someone simply because he didn’t have the cash on hand to make the deal.

The same goes with Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. He played for 20 years in the NBA and as a big man (7″2′) he was not expected to spend much time on the court. Turns out he hardly missed a game in his 20 years and played on 6 (!) championship teams simply because he put the extra work in by practicing yoga. And this was during a time (1970-1980 something) when yoga wasn’t even a thing.

It’s all about investing before you need to. Putting in the extra time for things that you know you might need later. It even works for relationships… you can practice acts of kindness by giving to another person. It doesn’t just have to be Valentine’s day or Christmas. There’s no rules to giving…

At the end of the day Michael Brordan, it comes down to this. You get out what you put in. You shouldn’t have to rely on the random acts of strangers to brighten your day because your days should always be bright with your giving to the cause. Having a reserve or a buffer for anytime you might make a mistake is key, because nobody is perfect.

Unstoppable You Are…

If you’ve been tuned in this week, you’ve been

Witness to one of the greatest weeks known to man.

HA! J/k, but it’s been a pretty epic week full of

Awesome surprises.

But that’s what I want to talk to you about today.

Sometimes life ain’t all all rainbows and

And Unicorn farts.

One of the greatest challenges know to man

Affects both business and individuals alike.

It’s taken down companies like Enron and Apple

And done the same to the likes of Mike Tyson,

Hammer, and virtually every rock group not

Named Aerosmith or the Rolling Stones.

What is this challenge?
Well in a word…
SUCCESS

You see, so many individuals and organizations

Experience success, but often fail to continue

Doing what they’ve been doing to get there.
Take me for example.

After I broke my leg a while back

I was determined to get back even

Better than I was before.

Fast forward to now.

I’m a power lifting world champ

And I’ve been on American Ninja Warrior

Lost 30 pounds and I’m back to my

High school weight (+ more muscle)
But…buT, with a capital “T” for trouble

I got a little complacent and I stopped

Working out as much.

What got me into trouble is that I forgot

Why I was doing what I was doing.

The reasons for my success became fuzzy

It was no longer apparent that if I did “A”

I would get “B”

And on top of that, because I had done

So much to get where I was, a few cheeseburgers

Here and a taco or two there didn’t really affect me.

And that is where a lot of us lose our way.

But I don’t want you to lose your way.
In fact, I want to literally give you the way to go.
How’s that?

Well…TWO words Project SELFFY.

It’s the private Facebook group that I started

So that people like you can find a

Path to success that is suitable for your goals.
I don’t have time to go into much more today

But I’ll tell you this, there are some very

Intelligent people in there that I have personally

Selected to help others find the courage to

Face any challenge.
If you haven’t found a consistent way to create
Success in your life, in the ways of fun, fitness,

Finance, or fulfillment, I would like to invite you

To join the conversation by clicking the link below.

P.S. It’s spring and if you’re anything like me

You’ve probably lost that (sorta) awesome bod

You had from last summer. If you’re interested

In learning how you can get it back and keep it

Then talk to me here. Talk soon…

Hanging On….

Can I help you down/up?

It baffles me when I hear about people “hanging in there”

I don’t want to be one to judge, but if you’re hanging in there broham

Then maybe I can be of some service to you…

The thing is, I’ve been in this helping people have awesome lives business

For over a decade now and I have to say that the biggest problem

For most people is actually trying too hard to prevent failure.

Most people spend their time thinking of excuses or “reasons”  because

They are afraid of being shamed or criticized. They end up playing it safe

And either end up depressed or delusional…

I can say that, because I’ve been there.

I could tell you stories about how I’d think I was going crazy

Because I would succeed, then do something stupid and self sabotage

Come to think about it, it’s really why I started my private Facebook group

Project SELFFY.

I was tired of helping people get to the next level and then seeing them

Do the same stuff that I used to do to fall right back down.

We know about the saying “It doesn’t matter how many times you fall,

It’s a matter of how many times you get up,” right?

But if you just keep falling back to the same place you started without

Even knowing why it happened, then I tell you broham it gets damn

Near impossible to get up after a few tries.

I don’t know if you’ve ever felt like you’re riding with the brakes on

Or if every time you try to succeed, something or someone pulls you back

But I know a few people that are working on that very same issue.

If you would like to join them and have a conversation about how you

Can access your potential power  Click Here
