Refuge Recovery

Man I tell you, I’ve never been on a vacation like this. It’s like some kinda lucid dream or something. Everything that me and my crew want to happen is literally HAPPENING. Well minus the cancellation of Fyre Festival

But I’ll tell you this, there is something huge that got us there. First though, I’d like to tell you a little story about Southwest Airlines.

Back in the 70’s they had a bit of a capital problem. They were faced with either letting go of one their flight schedules or one of their planes.

They ended up letting go one of their schedules and it worked out for them perfectly. Southwest ended up improving their service because they learned how to speed up their service to accommodate the increased capacity.

So what is this really all about?

When you know what you want to do, external circumstances have minimal effect on the outcome. It’s not a matter of work ethic, because people can work their fingers to the bone, but if they don’t have a sense of why they are doing something, they will undoubtedly eventually miss the point.

In respect to our vacation, the point was originally to see a festival, but why we were going down was because we wanted to have fun. So no matter how we did it, we would be happy.

So what’s in it for you? Why do you do what you do? Why do you go to work everyday?

Is it to make money?

Or is there more to what you do?

There is so much you can do to actually be fulfilled in everything you do, and I would encourage you to find it and make it a part of your daily habits.

Be more by finding your true reason for wanting to be more…
