I finally did it. I can’t believe it took me this long. Not gonna lie, I felt like a bum for a few weeks because it was so easy, but yet I never got around to doing it.
After almost 6 weeks, I finally fixed my bike tire.
I tell ya there was a time when I had a Saab that I only drove occasionally because it had no reverse.
I would bike everywhere and when I had a flat, I’d put the bike on my back and I’d walk or jog to the nearest bike shop.
Man what the hell happened?
Dude, I’ll tell you exactly what happened. I have a car that goes forwards
I fell in love with the convenience of my new car and I drive that baby everywhere.
In other words, I got complacent.
I fell into the hypnotic rhythm of just jumping in my car, that I stopped my daily rides and boy my belly has been showing it lately. I’m sure that soul food from this weekend didn’t help though.
There are times when we all get caught up in what is easy or convenient.
Fortunately, there are ways to break that hypnotic rhythm before it becomes a habit.
I teach you these techniques in The General Fitness Company.
You can learn what is holding you back from your success and break through those self imposed barriers.
It’s simple really, but not exactly easy.
I mean if it was, I would have been making better use for my bike than Frankie’s leash holder.
I warn you though, this program is not for everyone.
If you thrive on excuses or already know it all, I can’t help you.
I am here to work with willing individuals who are ready to stop making excuses and start taking action.
The greatest failure is in becoming indifferent and subject to ineffective habits.
Fear is what causes us all to balk at change but in the words of the late great Napoleon Hill:
“You don’t have to fear defeat if you believe it may reveal powers that you didn’t know you possessed”
Be a fearless warrior for your own cause
