What are you trying to do? Whatever you’re trying to do in life, you can do it. Wanna get stronger? Lift weights and eat more protein. Wanna run faster? Do more plyometrics and explosive exercise. Wanna fly??? Easy…buy a plane ticket. Ha! But what about if you are simply trying to get (back) in shape?
Well, of course, we’re gonna talk about how you’re gonna do it successfully. It is “Triumphant Tuesday,” after all. So what’s the best way to get back into shape? It’s actually simple. You gotta put in the work.
I know, it’s not the sexy answer you were looking for, but to be honest with you, it’s the truth. Let’s talk about it for a second. Your results in life are predicated on the effort you put into it. Granted, you might see a few people here and there that make it without the work, but they’re lucky. And believe me brizzle, you don’t want to be lucky because luck ALWAYS runs out.
So if there’s something you want, prepare to put in the work. To quote Charlie Munger, Warren Buffet’s business associate. “To get what you want, you have to deserve what you want. The world is not yet a crazy enough place to go around rewarding undeserving people.”
