Ok, ok so I might have told a little lie the other day in an email
I’ll spare you the research and drop that quote on you one more time:
“The biggest lie that we tell ourselves is that you can’t “
I normally drop that one on folks when they clearly aren’t
Living up to their potential.
Here’s a little gem for you that exposes the REAL truth.
The biggest lie that we all tell ourselves is that we’re O.K.
In all seriousness, it may sound harmless, but I’m one to tell you
Because I said the same thing about myself for a ton of years and it took
A hailstorm of life changing events to shake me out of it.
You see, I had a serious problem with alcohol.
Like so serious that it got to the point that I couldn’t really sleep without it
Then I would brag to people about how I stayed up all night doing work
When the only reason I was doing that was because the only thing I could do
When I was sitting there sweating and feeling nauseous
Was to watch videos and read books that teach you how to work out.
I’ve since controlled my habit and stopped stocking the shelves at home. (Key to stopping all habits)
I rarely drink when I’m out and I have probably more fun than I ever had.
Now I’m not saying you just being O.K is not…well…O.K.
What you really have to consider is if being just “O.K” is acceptable.
I mean are you really “O.K” with
Sedating and poisoning your mind (and body)
More debt than income
Poor or nonexistent relationships?
I feel you broham, because like I said I’ve felt all four AND THEN SOME
At one point or another.
I’m not saying that I still don’t feel it from time to time, but I can tell you from my experience
That there is a way that you can succeed in your own right without being completely influenced by society
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not knocking society as a whole
I just want to share with you a few things that I’ve seen a ton of people struggle with time and time again.
I’d like to share with you a few of them today.
Put the word “In” on the subject line and I will send you you more information on how we
