here on this “Fulfillment Friday,” the discussion is about your well-being. Feeling fulfilled in your life is something that we all aspire to do. Unfortunately, many go down tragically ineffective paths to get there. We already know what won’t get you there *cough* eating too much (crap) food, drinking too much wine, and not exercising enough *cough* so let’s talk about how you actually get there.
If you’re in a funk, you can spiral quickly with lower willpower, so by finding something that makes you happy, you can easily bust that slump.
In reality, nobody cares about your loses except for you. And to be honest, you probably shouldn’t care about those much yourself anyway.
At the end of the day, regret stings a whole lot more than defeat. So either you start taking action now, or you keep wondering “what if?” forever.
